Greaves Construction is seeking a motivated In-Home Design Consultant to run pre-qualified leads daily and sell our premium home remodeling services, specializing in kitchen cabinet refacing, painting, and trim work. We offer some of the highest commissions in the industry and provide company-generated leads, no cold calling necessary.

Territory Coverage: Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and extending to Wilmington, NC.

Lead Specialist – Client Intake & Appointment Coordinator

Greaves Construction is growing and looking for a personable, detail-oriented Lead Specialist to join our team. This role is key to our process, you’ll be the first voice people hear when they inquire about our home remodeling services. You’ll pre-qualify homeowners, and schedule appointments for our design team.

This is not a cold-calling position, all inquiries are inbound!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer inbound calls, texts, or emails from potential clients

• Qualify leads based on our criteria and service areas

• Schedule appointments for sales reps using our calendar system

• Follow up with leads who request callbacks

• Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Friendly, confident phone presence

• Organized and reliable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting preferred

• Tech-savvy (comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, Google Calendar)
